The CV Web Posse is located in Courtenay British Columbia, on beautiful Vancouver Island.

Inspired by groups like the Better Web Posse, the Web Standards Group, and the Graphic Designers of Canada, The CV Web Posse is a Comox Valley community aimed at bringing together designers, developers, content specialists and IT professionals in hopes of exchanging ideas, facilitate education, instigate general discussion and encourage each other in working with information technology and on the web.

Who should attend?

Our meetings and presentations are aimed at people involved in technology, business and marketing sectors, however as the internet becomes more a tool for social interaction we invite anyone who is interested in a presented topic.

Vancouver Island is an exciting place to do business and we're fortunate to have such diverse talent involved in the technology sector. With the shift from traditional business to new forms of working together in a digital world it can get confusing on where you or your business stand. Our goal is to simplify the confusing stuff and make sense out of our fast changing world. By meeting to discuss current impacts in information technology and advances on the web we aim to stay on top of the digital market.

The CV Web Posse meets monthly here in the Comox Valley for discussions with members and bi-weekly socials.
